Cookie Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026. This notice describes London Found’s limited public test with Google Analytics paused. The test will verify actual anonymous cookies, storage and requests.

Controller

EVERY FIX LTD, 640A Finchley Road, London, NW11 7RR, United Kingdom, is the data controller. Contact hello@londonfound.com. Read our Privacy Policy for lawful bases, correspondence retention and rights.

Current test configuration

Complianz provides consent preferences. Google Analytics G-RLGTC2F5YH is paused: its Complianz-managed injection is disabled. Refreshed homepage and policy checks found no Google loader or analytics configuration. No advertising network is enabled. Saving Statistics or Marketing preferences does not activate the paused GA4 tag or a marketing service. The test does not claim a completed clean-browser network/storage audit. Existing cookies from earlier tests may remain until removed or expired; pausing a tag does not erase them.

Consent preference cookies

Complianz’s current database and generated declaration identify cmplz_functional, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_preferences and cmplz_marketing as functional consent-preference cookies. The existing generated declaration gives 365 days, but this is not browser-measured expiry. Exact domain, effective expiry, renewal and first-write timing remain for the clean test. Their category names record a choice; they are not proof of active analytics or advertising. No unmeasured Google cookie name/lifetime is presented as a current visitor cookie.

Other storage and external resources

The homepage WordPress script reads/writes sessionStorage key wpEmojiSettingsSupports, containing emoji capability results and a timestamp. Canvas tests assess rendering support; no analytics use was identified. Session storage belongs to the browser tab session; the script’s cache-freshness check is not a cookie expiry. The actual entry remains to be measured in the clean test.

WordPress/Hostinger deliver local technical resources. Administrator login storage is distinct from anonymous visitor storage. The homepage also loads Unsplash images, which exposes technical request information to that provider. WordPress declares an external emoji fallback, but no such request was established in the inspected inventory. None of these observations proves that every cookie or storage key has been identified. Any additional storage found will be classified by its actual purpose and documented; optional tracking will not be enabled merely to complete this test.

Manage your choices

The configured banner retains Accept, Deny and View Preferences. Necessary functions remain available. Use View Preferences and Save preferences to record choices; use the Cookie settings button on this page to review/change them. Preferences do not re-enable paused analytics. Clean first-visit display, persistence and withdrawal behavior remain part of the limited production test.

You can also restrict or remove cookies through your browser settings. Removing stored preferences may reset choices or login state.

Commercial links and email

Contextual PRIVE links are covered by the Commercial Disclosure. No automatic London Found enquiry-data transfer to PRIVE is configured. No affiliate relationship is invented. External linked websites operate under their own policies.

The received Brevo email test contained an open-tracking image. The current outgoing route is not verified tracking-free; its London Found-only tracking-off solution remains unresolved before ordinary launch correspondence uses it. An email pixel is separate from website cookies. No email settings were changed for this test preparation.

Ordinary enquiries, support and editorial/correction correspondence normally have 24-month retention from the last meaningful interaction in the thread, followed by deletion or anonymisation where reasonably practicable, subject to a verified legitimate or legal retention requirement. No automated deletion is promised. This retention is separate from browser-cookie expiry.
